大学生请假中诚信缺失现象的伦理审思

摘　　要：大学生用虚假理由请假现象在大学校园内普遍存在并带有一定的规律性。如请假类型上有无中生有型、夸大事实型、移花接木型和浑水摸鱼型;表现出请假理由模糊、请假方式违规、请假借口雷同等特点。大学生请假诚信缺失现象潜藏着道德观念偏差、情感贫乏、意志脆弱、知行分离等道德危机,但同时又为我们提供了道德教育的契机。辅导员可以通过创新请假制度,提高学生道德能力,积极创立道德对话、引导、监督和激励机制,培养学生的诚信意识和守信习惯。That students ask for leave for false reasons is a universal phenomenon on college campus.They fabricate reasons,or exaggerate facts,or substitute or just fish in troubled waters.They give similar fuzzy reasons in an out-of-line way.All this suggests moral crises on the part of students,including moral ideas aberration,affective poverty,weak character and separation of knowing and doing.Advisors should take the opportunity to cultivate students＇ integrity by innovating the leave system,raising their moral capacity and establishing effective mechanisms for moral dialogue,guidance,supervision and motivation.
