摘　　要：目的评价肾盏切开加气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性巨大鹿角形肾结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析9例复杂性巨大鹿角形肾结石患者行肾盏切开加气压弹道碎石治疗的临床资料。结果结石一次取净7例,残留结石2例,手术出血少、时间短、操作简单,1年后复查IVP患者显影明显改善。结论该方式清石率高,对肾功能无明显影响,术中出血及手术并发症少,较适宜肾复杂性巨大鹿角形结石的治疗。Objective To evaluate the efllcacy of calicecotomy combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with complex huge staghorn renal calculi. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with complex huge staghorn renal calculi were retrospectively analyzed. Results The stones were removed at one time in 7 patients, residual stones were found in 2 patients, the intraoperative bleeding was less, the operative time was shorter, the surgical procedure was simple, the result of IVP reexamination after operation showed the renal images of patients were significantly improved. Conclusion This operative method has advantages of higher stone clearance rate, no effect on renal function of patient,less intraoperative bleeding and less complication. It is suitable for the treatment of patients with complex huge staghom renal calculi.
