摘　　要：以物流承包商为切入点,从两个方面对其承接企业物流外包的风险进行研究,包括外包风险的理论分析和实际分析,然后针对各类外包风险提出有针对性和可操作性的风险防范措施,以实现更好地降低物流承包商的风险,保证物流外包收益的目标。Approaching the issue from a logistics contractor angle, the paper studies contrator risk exposure when undertaking enterprise logistics outsourcing from two aspects, namely the theoretical and practical analysis of outsourcing risks, and then proposes clear-targeted and operable preventive measures for each category of outsourcing risks.
