摘　　要：通过对A开发区物流发展状况实际调研数据的分析,运用需求预测以及相关理论,对A开发区物流园区的选址进行了理论上的分析,并通过调研数据对该开发区物流园区的面积进行了理论上的估算,为该开发区物流园区的建设提供了良好的理论基础。Through analyzing the logistics development data of the development zone A collected via empirical investigation, the paper employs demand forecasting and other related methods to study theoretically the location problem of the development zone and its ideal footprint estimation.
