摘　　要：甘薯被世界卫生组织誉为"冠军蔬菜"。21世纪以来,为满足我国人民膳食新要求而成功研究的"迷你甘薯",深受广大消费者喜爱。文章论述了采用优选甘薯新品种、配套高效新技术、创新推广新模式、包装销售新品牌、建立盈利新机制等方式,使"小甘薯"创出"高效益",提升了现代甘薯产业技术水平,并提出了谋划"迷你甘薯"产业发展的新对策。Sweet potato was given an honor title with ＂champion vegetable＂ by World Health Organization（WHO）. Since 21st century, the mini sweet potato has been developed to satisfy peoples＇ need of stable food of various customers in China. Combined with new variety selection, new efficient cultural technique, innovation of new extension mode, new brand of package and distribution, and construction of new profit mechanism, sweet potato has become a big industry. The technology level of modern sweet potato industry was boosted. New for the development of mini sweet potato industry were also put forward.
