兴隆山自然保护区旅游资源总经济价值评估

摘　　要：在效用价值论和可持续价值观下建立了旅游资源总经济价值分类框架。具体分析兴隆山自然保护区旅游资源的利用方式,建立其总经济价值体系。建立兴隆山自然保护区旅游资源价值评估方法,评估了兴隆山自然保护区旅游资源总经济价值。结果显示:兴隆山自然保护区旅游资源的主要经济价值体现在间接使用价值,非使用价值较大,直接服务价值主要体现在生态旅游上,直接实物价值和科研、文化等直接服务价值存在较大潜力。随着开发的进行,兴隆山自然保护区的游憩价值增大,但在一定程度上减少其生态服务价值。Basing on the utility theory and sustainable values the classification framework of total economic value of tourism resources is constructed.The total economic value system of Xinglong Mountain Nature Reserve was established after an analysis of its use.The total economic value of Xinglong Mountain Nature Reserve was assessed by using of the proposed methods.The results showed that the main economic values of Xinglong Mountain Nature Reserve are reflected in the indirect use values,simultaneously its non-use values are considerable and the direct services values are mainly reflected in eco-tourism.Meanwhile the study indicated that there is a big potential on the direct physical values and the direct service values such as scientific research,cultural and so on.As the development proceeded,the recreational values of Xinglong Mountain Nature Reserves are increasing,but the values of ecosystem services are decreasing.
