化学固化氢氧化钙直接盖髓的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化学固化氢氧化钙（Ｄｙｃａｌ）直接盖髓术的临床疗效，分析年龄、治疗前冷热刺激痛时间对疗效的影响。方法对深龋及楔状缺损露髓、年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓采用Ｄｙｃａｌ直接盖髓。结果盖髓２年后随访到９０例，１１２颗牙，成功率８７５０％，患者年龄对成功率无显著性影响，但治疗前冷热痛时间≤２周者疗效明显优于＞４周者。结论Ｄｙｃａｌ直接盖髓术保存活髓效佳，对外伤冠折露髓的年轻恒前牙尤为适用。Objective To observe curative effects of Ca(OH) 2 chemical curing material called Dycal by direct bonding capping, analyse its influence factors such as age, pain time by cold and heat test before treated. Methods To adopt direct bonding capping with Dycal in pulp exposured teeth of deep caries, wedge shaped ditch and crown fracture of premature permanent incisor. Results Follow up survey in two years for 90 sites, 112 teeth showed that ①the rate of success is 87 50%, ② Age is not a remarkable affecting factor, but the curative effects on teeth with less than 2 weeks pain time are better than that with more than 4 weeks pain time before treatment. Conclusion Direct bonding capping with Dycal can effectively keep vital pulp, especially adapt to pulp exposured teeth of crown fracture of premature permanent incisor.
