摘  要:调压室设置条件是水电站初步设计的重要判据之一。本文在理想水轮机模型的前提下,建立水电站运行稳定性的数学模型,数值模拟了弹性水击、刚性水击的临界稳定边界线,在刚性水击前提下推导出调压室设置判别式。与文献[6]判别式及文献[5]中图3.12对比,佐证了本文判别式的合理性。同时分析了允许Tw值随调速器参数bt、Td的增大而增大的规律性,并结合工程实例与文献[3]基于调保参数的调压室设置判据进行对比分析,得出了中、高水头水电站是否设置调压室的允许Tw值由调保参数来决定;而低水头水电站的允许Tw值则由运行稳定性来决定的结论。Setting condition of a surge chamber is a key criterion in design of hydropower station.By assuming an ideal turbine,a mathematical model of hydropower operation stability is developed;boundaries of stable regime are simulated for the rigid and elastic water hammer cases;then a discriminant for the setting condition of the rigid case is obtained.A comparison with [6]and [5]shows that this discriminant is rational.The analysis gives a trend that the allowable Tw increases with the governor parameter bt or Td.Through an application to an engineering project and a comparison with [3],it is concluded that Tw is determined by regulation guaranteed parameters for high-and middle-head hydropower stations,while by operation stability for low-head stations.
