摘　　要：针对城市道路护栏难以清洗的现状,提出了一种龙门框架分离式护栏清洗机本体结构,作业时清洗机跨立在护栏上,实现对护栏和支墩的全面清洗.根据该清洗原理,建立了栏杆和支墩的清洗模型,并对其清洗过程进行了运动分析,同时对清洗机的机械结构和电器控制进行了阐述.该清洗机具有结构简单,操作方便,自动化程度高等优点.Based on the difficulties of how to clean the urban road guardrails,a design of road guardrails cleaning machine body is proposed,which adopts the gantry separate frame structure,the machine crosses in the guardrails when it works,to achieve guardrails and pedestals are completely washed.According to this cleaning principle,the washing model of guardrail and pedestal is established and the cleaning process is analyzed,and mechanical structure and electrical control of the machine are described,the machine has characteristics of simple structure,easy operation and high degree of automation,and so on.
