摘　　要：双膦酸盐是治疗骨质疏松症的一线药物。第3代双膦酸盐——唑来膦酸近年已进入国内临床应用,对治疗妇女绝经后骨质疏松症、糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症以及预防妇女绝经后骨量丢失等有效。然而,仍应高度重视本品可能引起的严重不良事件如下颌骨坏死、急性肾功能衰竭和心律失常等。Bisphosphonates are the first line agents in the treatment of osteoporosis. In recent years, as the third generation bisphosphonate, zoledronic has been used in clinic. Many studies have shown that zoledronic is effective and safe for treating postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, glucocorticoid-inducedosteoporosis and preventing bone loss of postmenopausal women. However, the serious adverse events including osteonecrosis of the jaw, acute renal failer and arrhythmia should be warned.
