摘 要:针对传统汽轮机变工况计算方法所需热力参数较多、测量时有不准、通流部分几何参数难以获取等问题,拟定了大功率汽轮机通流部分热力参数的简化计算方案。该计算方案是一种基于少量监测参数即可实施的简化计算方法,具有操作简便,计算快捷的特点。以某300MW汽轮机为对象,对简化计算方案进行了实施,完成了多个变工况下的热力计算,将计算结果与制造厂提供的数据进行了对比,结果显示:计算结果能很好地满足工程计算精度和实用性的要求。Many problems are always encountered in the traditional thermal calculation of turbine on variable operation conditions, such as needing too many thermal parameters as calculating premise, the inaccuracy of the measurement of the thermal parameters and the difficulty of obtaining the geometric parameters of the flow passage. For solving the problems, a simplified scheme for calculating thermal parameters of turbines was planed. The calculation of the simplified scheme is based on few measurements of the steam parameters. It has characteristics of simplicity, convenience, practicability etc. The scheme was implemented on a 300MW turbine under some different operating conditions. The calculation results were compared with the data provided by manufacturer. The comparisons showed that the results from the calculation were satisfied the need of engineering application.
