摘 要:针对超超临界机组过热器、再热器喷水减温机理进行了分析,以引进型1 000MW机组为例,运用现行矩阵分析方法,经过严密的数学推导,建立了过热器、再热器减温喷水对机组热经济性影响的计算模型,对过热器和再热器喷水减温系统对机组热经济性的影响进行了定量分析。分析得出再热器喷水减温对机组经济性的影响比过热器喷水减温的影响要大得多。再热器最小喷水减温量的热经济性比过热器允许最大喷水减温量的热经济性还要差,运行时应尽量减少或避免采用再热器喷水减温。Based on the mechanics analysis of super-heating and reheater spray used in large scale power units and Taking introduced 1 000MW generate sets example, matrix analysis method , an analysis model for calculating the influence of reheater and super-heating spray on power plant's thermal economy has been established through rigorous mathematical derivation. The effect on generating sets produced by super-heater and reheater de-superheating spray has been analyzed by utilizing the thermo-economy system state equations. Analysis obtained by reheat temperature and the minimum amount of water spray heat economy than overheating allows maximum amount of water spray reduced temperature heat economy is even worse. Operation should be minimized or avoided.
