摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定千里光（清热解毒植物）药材中的槲皮素含量。方法用Shim-Pack C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm）;以甲醇-0.9%磷酸溶液（3∶2）为流动相;流量：1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长：370 nm,柱温：30℃。结果槲皮素在10.16~91.44μg.mL-1内呈良好的线性关系（γ=0.9998）;平均回收率为98.72%,RSD=1.82%（n=6）。结论本方法准确可靠,简便快捷,可用于千里光药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin contents in crude Climbing groundsel herb by HPLC.Methods The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Shim-Pack C18 column（4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-0.9%H3PO3（3∶2）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was 370 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve of quercetin was in good linearity over the range of 10.16-91.44 μg·mL-1（γ=0.9998）.The average recovery was 98.72%（RSD=1.82%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate,convenient,rapid,reliable and can be to used to control the quality of crude Climbing groundsel herb.
