芪地补肾方配合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪地补肾方配合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例肾病综合征患者随机分为2组,对照组40例服用泼尼松,治疗组40例予芪地补肾方配合泼尼松,治疗3个月后统计临床疗效及治疗前后分别测定血清白蛋白(Alb)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)和24 h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗组总有效率为75.0%,对照组总有效率42.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后Cr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白定量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论芪地补肾方配合泼尼松治疗肾病综合征疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Qidi Bushen decoction for nephrotic syndrome.Methods 80 hospitalized patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group（n=40） were treated by Qidi Bushen decoction combined with prednisone,and the control group was given prednisone.The therapeutic course was three months in two groups.Serum albumin,BUN,Cr and 24 h urine protein were determined before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（75.0%） was higher than that in control group（42.5%,P0.01）.There were significant differences between two groups on Cr,BUN and 24 h urine protein after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Qidi Bushen decoction has definite effect on nephrotic syndrome.
