清化湿热方配合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎快速心律失常30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清化湿热方配合西药对病毒性心肌炎快速心律失常患者的临床症状、心电图及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法将60例病毒性心肌炎快速心律失常患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规西药口服治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用清化湿热方。2组疗程均为30 d,治疗前后各做1次心电图和动态心电图、检测TNF-α、SOD。结果临床症状疗效:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%;心电图疗效:治疗组总有效率70.0%,对照组总有效率50.0%。治疗组在临床症状和心电图改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组可以提高SOD活性,降低TNF-α的含量,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清化湿热方配合西药能改善患者症状,明显改善心电图,提高SOD活性,降低TNF-α的含量,从而保护心肌细胞,稳定细胞膜的稳定性,减少心律失常的发生。Objective To observe the effect of combination of prescription for eliminating hot and humid and western medicine on clinical symptoms,ECG,TNF-α and SOD of patients viral myocarditis with tachyarrhythmias.Methods 60 patients of viral myocarditis with tachyarrhythmias were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were given routine western medicine.30 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of prescription for eliminating hot and humid and western medicine.The course was thirty days in two groups.ECG,Holter,TNF-α and SOD were measured before and after treatment.Results Clinical efficacy： the total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group.ECG efficacy： the total effective rate was 70.0% in treatment group and 50.0% in control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms and ECG in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.SOD activity in treatment group was enhanced,the content of TNF-α was decreased in comparison with those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Prescription for eliminating hot and humid can improve symptoms and ECG of patients of viral myocarditis with tachyarrhythmias,enhance SOD activity,decrease the content of TNF-α,protect myocardial cells and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia.
