润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸非索非那定片治疗慢性荨麻疹50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸非索非那定片治疗慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床疗效。方法将100例CU患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例予润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸非索非那定片治疗,对照组50例单纯予盐酸非索非那定片治疗,2组均治疗28 d,并于治疗第14、28 d后观察疗效。结果治疗组第14、28 d总有效率分别为84%、94%;对照组第142、8 d总有效率66%7、4%。治疗组总有效率均较对照组同期高(P<0.05)。2组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸非索非那定片治疗CU安全有效,明显改善临床症状,不易复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria（CU）.Methods 100 patients with CU were randomized into treatment group and control group.50 patients in treatment group took Runzaozhiyang capsules and 60 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets.50 patients in control group took the same fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets as the treatment group.Both treatment and the control group received 4 weeks treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated in two groups 14 days and 28 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（84%,94%） was higher than that in control group 14 days and 28 days after treatment（66%,74%,P0.05）.There was no obvious difference between two groups on recurrence rate（P0.05）.Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets can effectively and safely treat CU,and improve clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application and dissemination.
