摘 要:一些分子的拉曼散射系数随其在溶液中的浓度而变化。通过改变样品的浓度测量了CCl4,CS2和C6H6等几种溶剂的拉曼光谱并获得了费米共振的普遍规律,发现了两费米峰不对称移动、倍频峰的基频被费米共振调制并向同方向移动等弱费米共振的一些规律。这与Bier利用高压方法获得的结果相同。文章还验证了以下结论:参与费米共振的和频中的基频只有其振动对称性与直接参与费米共振的基频的振动对称性相同时其光谱强度变化对费米共振有影响,否则无影响。实验证明了通过改变溶液浓度方法可以获得费米共振的有关规律,这对溶液中谱线归属、酶分子构象确定、异构体鉴别、氢键对分子结构与性质的影响等方面提供了途径与依据。The values of Raman scattering coefficients of some molecules in which Fermi resonance occurs vary with solution concentration variation.We measured the Raman spectra of some solvents such as CCl4,CS2,C6H6,etc by changing the concentration of the solutions ranging from 10% to 100% in volume.As a result,the authors obtained the general law of Fermi resonance.We found some weak Fermi resonance phenomena as well that the two bands of Raman spectrum shift asymmetrically and that the fundamental of overtone is tuned by Fermi resonance and moves towards the same direction with the overtone simultaneously,which is same as the results Bier K.D.obtained by means of high-pressure technique.By means of this method,the authors demonstrated the conclusion that only the fundamental in combinations which has the same symmetry as the fundamental involved in Fermi resonance directly can its intensity variation influence the Fermi resonance.In this article,the authors present a new method to study Fermi resonance.This method is valuable in the identification and the assignment of spectral lines of solutions,the determination of molecular configuration of enzyme,the discrimination of isomer,as well as the influences on the molecular structures and properties caused by hydrogen bond.
