从项群理论浅析竞技健美操运动员选材

摘　　要：用文献资料法、归纳演绎法、逻辑推理等方法从项群理论的视角着手,以竞技健美操运动员选材为切入点对竞技体操和竞技健美操两者的内在联系进行分析研究。结果显示:从接受过系统体操训练的运动员当中选拔竞技健美操运动员,对提高竞技健美操的教学训练质量、运动水平,缩短健美操的训练周期早出成绩、出好成绩具有较显著的作用。In view of sports groups with different methods like documents and literature,deductive and logical reasoningt,his paper analyses the inner relationship between competitive gymnastics and competitive aerobics from the selection of aerobics athletes.The result shows that we should select the aerobics athletes from the athletes who have been trained regularly,which can improve the teaching quality of competitive aerobics,the level of sports,which is useful for shortening the training cycle and getting good results.
