“讯问笔录”篇章的模糊语言语用探析

摘　　要："讯问笔录"篇章文本由于其特殊性和保密性,广大学者对其语言篇章研究较少,更多的是写作的规范和格式。本文从模糊语言学的角度出发,对五百份真实的"讯问笔录"做定量研究,挖掘了其词汇语法和篇章等的模糊性,并提出了模糊消除的策略方法。该研究旨在促进司法取证和司法公正,维护法律尊严。＂Enquiry Record＂ text has specific characters of secrecy.Scholars do few researches on it and most of the researches are about the writing principles and styles.This article,based on the fuzzy linguistics research,explores five-hundred raw ＂enquiry record＂ texts through quantity study,finds its fuzziness character in lexicon,grammar and text,and offers three strategies to eliminate the fuzziness,which is useful to protect the civil right.
