摘　　要：高校毕业生就业难的问题是全社会高度关注的社会问题之一。目前,大学生就业难主要还是结构性矛盾问题,大学生能力状况与用人单位岗位要求不匹配。从高校和学生的角度来看,培养提高大学生自身就业能力,是缓解就业难题的解决方法之一。The employment condition for the graduates is one of important social problems.The employment condition is caused by structural contradiction and mismatch between graduates＇ ability and employer＇s post requirement.Training graduates＇ employment ability is one of effective solutions to solve employment problem from the perspective of colleges and students.
