摘 要:将常规育种选择方法和分子标记技术相结合,对用于回交转育棉花胞质雄性不育系的33个早熟陆地棉品系进行筛选。用9个主要性状观察值和260对SSR引物扩增结果均可将33个品系聚为2大类4亚类,这些亚类之间的表型特征差异较明显。从基于分子标记结果划分出的A1、A2、B1、B2亚类中挑选出关键性状综合表现较好的优良品系,并参照主要性状观察值的聚类结果剔除表现型相似的品系,筛选出8个典型代表优良品系,用以进一步回交转育棉花胞质雄性不育系。By combining traditional breeding selection procedures and molecular marker-assisted methods with SSRs,33 early maturity upland cotton strains for breeding cotton cytoplasmic male sterility lines had been selected.All the 33 strains were clustered into 2 major groups or 4 small categories according to 9 main characters and the amplify results of 260 pairs of SSR molecular markers.The phenotypic characteristics of those subtypes were obviously diffenent.The elite strains with better overall performance of the key characters had been selected from sub-class A1,A2,B1 and B2 which divided by the result of molecular marker.Reffering to the clustering result based on main characters,some of strains which with similar phenotype had been removed.8 typical representative fine strains for backcross breeding cotton CMS lines further have been selected.
