原发性高血压患者舒张期二尖瓣血流频谱与左室重量的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨原发性高血压（ Ｅ Ｈ）患者左室舒张功能与左室肥厚（ Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ）及年龄因素的关系。方法：５２例 Ｅ Ｈ 患者（ Ｅ Ｈ 组，年龄６０．９４±６．４５岁）及６５例正常人（对照组，年龄５９．６３±７．２１岁）行二维、多普勒超声心动图检查，同时将 Ｅ Ｈ 组按有无 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 分为 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 与非左室肥厚（ Ｎ Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ）组。结果：二尖瓣左室舒张期功能损害频谱在 Ｅ Ｈ 组与对照组、 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 与 Ｎ Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 者间均无差异（ Ｐ ＞０．０５），相反，正常二尖瓣左室舒张期功能频谱有随年龄增长逐渐减少趋势。结论：在决定左室舒张性方面与年龄有关的心肌内在因素的变化有重要的作用。Objective:To investigation the correlation with left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular mass and age related factors in hypertension. Method:52 cases(eged 60.94 ± 6.45 years) with hypertension and 65 cases (control,aged 59.63 ± 7.21 years) without hypertension as control were examined with Doppler echocardiography. Hypertensive patients were divided according to the presence or absence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) into LVH and NLVH.Result:Mitral impaired diastolic function pattern was no significant differences between LVH and NLVH, between hypertension group and control group (P> 0.05 ) .Conversely,the normal mitral flow pattern decreased with age in both groups. Conclusion:It is suggested that the intrinsic myocardial composition of age related alterations is very important in determing left ventricular diastolic properties.
