摘 要:目的了解阜阳市饮水型地方性氟中毒病区病情变化,掌握高氟区实施和未实施安全饮水工程建设地区居民饮用水源氟含量变化情况,为改水降氟提供依据。方法建立了841个氟中毒病区村档案,按照"安徽省饮水型地方性氟中毒监测方案(2010年修订)"要求开展地方性氟中毒各项监测工作。结果 52处病区改水农村仍有42处水氟超标,调查2 850名儿童,氟斑牙患病率为20.41%;X线骨骼摄片1200人,成人氟骨症征象者9人。结论阜阳市各县区都有氟中毒病例;氟中毒病区改水工程氟超标严重。Objective To learn the prevalence status of water-drinking endemic fluorosis in its popular areas in Fuyang,compare the variation of fluorine content in drinking water sources between in endemic areas with higher fluorine which had and had not completed the drinking water safety engineering,and provide scientific basis for improving water quality and decreasing fluorine content.Methods All work of endemic fluorosis monitoring was conducted according to the monitoring scheme of water-drinking endemic fluorosis of Anhui province(Amendment in 2010).Results : 841 files of fluorosis villages were built.The water fluorine content still exceeded the standard in 42 areas among 52 water-renovation rural areas.2850 children were investigated in all,and the incidence of dental fluorosis among them was 20.41%.There were 9 photos with Roentgenogram skeletal signs of fluorosis among 1200 X-ray photos.Conclusion There were fluorosis cases in all counties and districts of Fuyang city.The problem of fluorine excess of rural drinking water was still serious in endemic fluorosis areas.
