摘 要:根据传动系统的要求,采用改进的牙嵌式结构,设计了一种新型的电磁离合器。利用螺管力与弹簧力的共同作用来实现其啮合与脱开,使其具有断电保护、过载保护和自动复位功能。通过对电磁离合器工作过程的分析,建立了电磁离合器的力学模型。利用MATLAB对结构参数进行了优化,得到使离合器温升最小时,结构参数和性能参数的最优组合。根据优化结果建立了电磁离合器的仿真模型,在ADAMS中对其工作原理及功能进行了校核。最后,根据优化与仿真结果完成了电磁离合器的结构设计。According to the demand of the transmission system, a novel electromagnetic clutch(EMC) was designed with the improved jaw structure. The engagement and disengagement of the EMC were realized by interaction of spring force and solenoid force with the protection against power break and overload as well as reset function. A mathematical model was built for the EMC by analysis of its working process. The construction parameters of the EMC were optimized using the software MATLAB, and the optimal combination of construction parameters and performance parameters was achieved under minimum EMC temperature rise. A simulation model was built for the EMC based on the optimization results and its working behavior and function were checked using the software ADAMS. The construction design of the EMC was accomplished according to the results of optimization and simulation.
