摘  要:依据信息论,使用信息熵的方法探讨了设备电气故障诊断复杂性的评价方法。首先介绍了信息熵评价复杂性的相关理论,给出了设备电气故障诊断整体复杂性评价指标以及指标的计算过程。然后以某PLC的故障诊断为例,探讨了设备电器故障判断层次结构。以此为基础,构建了设备电器故障诊断复杂性评价指标体系,给出了该PLC故障诊断复杂性评价域。在明确因果链的基础上,利用信息熵方法对该PLC故障诊断的复杂性进行了评价。The assessment of the fault diagnosis complexity about electrical fault diagnosis of the equipment(EFDE) was studied using the concept of information entropy in the information theory. The theory relating to the complexity assessment by the information entropy was introduced, the comprehensive complexity assessment indexes for the EFDE and their calculation process were given. Taking the fault diagnosis of a certain PLC as an example, a hierarchy structure of the equipment electrical fault judgement system was constructed. An assessment index system was proposed for the EFDE, and the assessment domain of the PLC foult diagnosis complexity was demonstrated. The PLC fault diagnosis complexity was assessed using the information entropy mcthology on the basis of being clearabout the causal chain.
