环境政策对中国工业生态效率影响的实证分析

摘　　要：传统的工业化经济发展模式是以环境破坏和资源损耗为代价的,已无法适应可持续发展的要求。工业生态效率同时考虑工业生产的经济效益和环境效益,是将可持续发展目标融入政策执行与企业发展中的评价工具。本文运用生命周期分析法原理,构建出我国工业生态效率的指标体系,并进一步考察环境政策对我国工业生态效率的实际影响程度,提出由环境政策引导的工业生态效率的改善路径。At the cost of environmental damage and consumption of natural resources,the traditional model of industrial economy had been no longer fit for nowaday＇s development.The indicator,Industrial Eco-efficiency,considers both economic benefit and environmental effect of the industrial production.The study uses Life Cycle Assessment to construct the indicator system of Industrial Eco-efficiency of China,and attempts to verify the influencing degree of the environmental policy on Industrial Eco-efficiency of China.As a result,the study brings how to improve Industrial Eco-efficiency by the environmental policy.
