对医护人员实施手卫生行为干预的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨行为干预对医务人员手卫生状况的影响。方法对医护人员进行手卫生行为干预,比较干预前后医务人员手卫生依从率、手卫生方式、干手方式、洗手合格率。结果干预后医护人员的手卫生依从率及洗手合格率提高,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。在5项手卫生方式中,干预后医护人员在选择手消毒剂擦手的比例远高于干预前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。皂液+流动水的比例,两者比较没有显著性差异。在其余3项手卫生方式的选择,干预后的比例均低于干预前,两者比较均有显著性差异。干预后医护人员选择干手纸巾和一次性毛巾的干手方式比例远高于干预前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。而在选择自然凉干和白大褂擦干的比例,干预前高于干预后,两者有显著性差异。结论对医护人员实施行手卫生行为干预是提高医务人员手卫生效果的有效方法。Objective Investigating the effect of behavior intervention on medical staffs＇ hand hygiene.Methods After the implementation of hand hygiene behavior intervention on medical staffs,we compare the compliance rate of hand hygiene,the style of hand hygiene,hand drying mode,the qualified rate of hand-washing with before.Results The Compliance rate of hand hygiene and the qualified rate of hand-washing was improved after the behavior intervention,there was statistical significance（p0.01） comparing with before intervention.In the five ways of hand hygiene,the ratio of choosing hand disinfectant towels was far higher than before intervention,and has statistical significance（p0.01）.There is no statistical significance in the ratio of liquid soap and water.Comparing the three remaining hand hygiene ways,there were significant differences as follow：The ratio of Selecting Hand towels or Disposable towels as hand drying mode was far higher than before intervention,and had statistical significance（p0.01）.But the ratio of choosing natural or manual dry with the white gown was lower than before intervention,and had significant difference.Conclusion It is a Effective method that implementing hand hygiene behavior intervention on medical staffs to improve their hand hygiene effect.
