摘　　要：目的探讨周围神经修复术的ICD-9-CM-3编码。方法通过理解周围神经手术的的具体手术方式,结合类目,来进行正确地手术分类。结果神经缝合术编码为04.3;神经移植术的编码为04.5;神经移位术的编码为04.6;神经Ⅱ期修复术04.76;神经手术后的修复术04.75。结论编码员在对周围神经手术进行编码时,应结合手术记录明确手术具体术式才能得到正确编码。Objective To summarize the Classification of ICD-9-CM-3 in Operations on peripheral nerve.Methods Through grasping various operations on peripheral nerve,we can deal with the classification work.Results The odes for suture of peripheral nerve were 04.3;The codes for peripheral nerve graft were 04.5;The codes for transposition of peripheral nerve were 04.6.The codes for repair of old traumatic injury of nerves were 04.76;The codes for revision of previous repair of nerves were 04.75.Conclusion Coders should grasp basic medical knowledge of various peripheral nerve operations and read through operation records,then they can get the right answer.
