艾滋病自愿咨询检测辅助软件的应用与评价

摘　　要：[目的]为推动VCT工作在我国的开展,提高咨询员咨询知识、技巧,规范咨询过程。[方法]以已证实有效的行为干预理论为基础,使用VB作为开发工具,以ACCESS为后台数据库,采用面向对象的思想设计开发一套技术和知识水平较高的专家决策辅助系统。[结果]使用软件辅助咨询后,隐私保障提及率、性伴危险行为问及率、随访建议率、转诊安排建议率等指标均高于传统咨询,且差异有统计学意义。[结论]软件对规范咨询过程,提高咨询质量是有益的,值得进一步试用和研究。[Objective]To promote the development of VCT in our country,improve the knowledge and technique of consultant,and standardize the process of consultation.[Methods]It was based on a suit of behavior intervention theory which was proved effective.VB was the programming software.Access was the database software.Some object-oriented technologies were used to develop the expert decision support system.[Results]Compared with the traditional consultation,the application of the software maked improvement in the reference rate of privacy guarantee,the reference rate of sex partner dangerous behavior,the proposal rate of follow-up and the proposal rate of referral arrangement.[Conclusion]The result shows that the system can improve the effect of the consultation and standardize the process of consultation.The software is worthy of further application and researches.
