摘 要:[目的]分析大学生生命价值观与心理健康状况之间的关系,为开展生命价值观教育提供科学依据。[方法]采用青少年生命价值投射测量工具(LPT)对四川省某高校整群抽取的278名学生进行生命价值测量,根据SCL-90得分分组,以心理健康状况为因变量,生命价值各因素为自变量进行Logistic回归分析。[结果]生命价值观对大学生心理健康有影响并对男女生的影响不同,死亡认知对男生心理健康有促进作用,助人和担心他人对女生心理健康起促进作用,而同情心对女生心理健康起阻碍作用。[结论]大学生的心理健康受生命价值观的影响,可通过对大学生生命价值观教育预防恶性事件发生,但对男女生应采取不同的方针策略。[Objective]Through analyzing the relevance between life-value and mental health among college student to provide scientific evidence for promoting life values education.[Methods]Used the Teenagers Life-value Project Test(LPT) to investigate 278 college students chosen by cluster sampling among a university in Sichuan,and divided them into groups according to the scores of SCL-90.For mental health as dependent variable,the life value factors as independent variables,Logistic Regression analysis was carried out.[Results]Life values had influence on college students’ mental health and presented different influences with gender.For boys,the fear of death had a positive effect on mental health,while for girls,caring about others and worrying about others had positive effects on mental health,but sympathy to others had a negative impact on girls’ mental health.[Conclusion]College students’ mental health is affected by life values,available education on college students’ life values can prevent occurrence of malignant incidents,but it should adopt different policy strategy for both boys and girls.
