试论恶寒与畏寒——兼与六版《中医诊断学》商榷

摘　　要：从医学文献和全国统编《中医诊断学》教材等，对“恶寒”与“畏寒”的混淆与区别进行了分析、探讨，并结合临床表现进行了论述，认为“恶寒”与“畏寒”不但临床表现不同，而且两者产生机理亦截然不同，前者是由于外感病邪郁遏阳分，卫阳之气不能外达致恶寒；后者是因阳气虚损，温煦肌表无力而畏寒。Based on the TCM literature and the national unifiedly-editted teaching books of 'Diagnostics of TCM',the indistinctions between Wu Han and Wei Han had been analysed,and had also been discussed combined with their clinical manifestations.It was put forword that the manifestions of Wu Han and Wei Han as well as their pathogenesis should be different.The former occurs since external etiological factors check yang-qi with the result that the defensive energy is unable to circulate in superficial portion of the body,and the later occurs due to weakness of yang-qi unable to warm the superficial portion of the body.
