摘　　要：由侧挂小车的使用场合及工作状况,确定了最不利工况下载荷的组合情况和计算方法。使用Solid-Works内部有限元分析模块CosmosWorks对结构进行了分析计算,得出其受力变形情况。由分析结果提出了改进方法,并分析验证了改进后的结构更为合理、经济性更高。The application situation and the working conditions of the side-suspended trolley determine the load combinations and the calculation methods under most unfavorable conditions.The paper analyzes the structure with the finite element analysis module CosmosWorks of the SolidWorks and obtains the stress and deformation.According to the result analysis,the paper proposes the improved method,analyzes and verifies that the improved structure is more reasonable and more economical.
