摘 要:采用快速混合法制备了各种酸(硫酸、盐酸、硝酸及氯乙酸等)掺杂的纳米聚苯胺纤维,扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明获得的聚苯胺纤维的直径在50~200 nm之间,酸掺杂类型对聚苯胺纤维的形貌影响不大。以松油醇与乙酸酐酯化反应制备乙酸松油酯为目标反应,考察催化剂制备条件对其活性的影响规律。结果表明,掺杂酸为硝酸,其摩尔浓度为1.0 mol/L,苯胺摩尔浓度为0.4 mol/L,过硫酸铵与苯胺的摩尔浓度比为1∶4时,在相同反应条件下,松油醇的转化率达99.50%,乙酸松油酯的收率最大,为86.74%。Polyaniline nanofibers doped by a such acids as sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and chloroacetic acid were prepared by using rapid mixture method.Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that when the diameter of polyaniline fiber was in 50~200 nm,acid type had little effect on morphologies.The esterification of terpineol and acetic anhydride was regarded as the goal reaction to study effects of preparation conditions on catalytic activity.The results proved that the yield of terpinyl acetate reached the max value,which amounted to 86.74 %.When nitric acid was doped,its molar concentration was 1.0 mol/L,aniline molar concentration was 0.4mol/L,and the concentration ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline molar was 1∶4.Under same reaction conditions,conversion rate of terpineol was 99.50% and esterification yield reached 86.74%.
