摘 要:在判断矩阵分析法的基础上,利用多目标权系数组合赋值方法将其改进,得到定量评价多对象优先程度的优先级权系数法,并将其应用于电磁解环方案的综合评判中。该方法将各种必要考察因素视为电网安全稳定运行的属性,通过对解环前与备选解环方案之间的两两比较,得到各方案的优先级权系数。依据数值结果评判各方案的优先顺序,避免人为决策的主观性。将该算法应用于河北南网电磁解环方案的综合评判中,实现了解环方案顺序的优先排序,获得了较为有效、合理的最终解环方案。Improving the judgment matrix analytical method by multi-object weight combination value assignment,a priority weights method which can quantitatively estimate the priority degree of multi-objects was obtained and applied to the comprehensive evaluation for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks.The necessary factors of security and stability operation can be regardedas the attributes of the power grid.Priority weights of each schemes can be obtained by comparison with each other.According to the numerical results of calculation to avoid the subjectivity from manmade decision.Applied in the comprehensive evaluation for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks,this algorithm accomplished rank the priority for decoupling scheme and obtained comparatively effective and reasonable final decoupling scheme.
