基于Google Wave技术的联机合作编目新模式的思考

摘　　要：谷歌推出的Google Wave是一种多用户实时在线交流协作平台,它能够实现在多种文字、图片、视频、地图等媒体上,进行多用户在线实时可见协同编辑,并利用公开API技术,支持研发者将Wave与其它网络服务互相嵌入,具有强大的延展性。在介绍和分析Wave核心功能以及Wave具备的过程回放与恢复、更新追踪等功能基础上,探讨了这些功能的技术思想在联机合作编目工作中应用的可能性,提出了通过改变现有联机合作编目的共创与共享工作模式,进一步提高联合编目工作效率与质量的思路。Google Wave,developed by Google,is a multi-user real-time online communication and collaboration platform,which enables instant multi-users online to collaborate on editing on a various of medias such as texts,images,videos and maps.The open API technology,as the core technology of Wave,enables developers to combine Wave with other network services and creates strong extensibility.On the basis of introduction and analysis of Wave＇s key features such as playback,resume and tracking,the possibilities of applying this idea on the on-line union cataloguing have been studied and the thought of further improvement of its efficiency and quality by changing the cataloguing platform is put forward.
