信息非对称条件下农产品质量安全问题研究

摘　　要：农产品质量安全常常不是有形的,更多的是具有信息的特征。农产品质量安全问题中的诸多环节存在信息非对称的现象。矫正农产品质量安全信息非对称性应采取如下措施:1.实施农产品生产和销售组织化模式;2.加强农产品标签及其广告管理;3.搭建农产品质量安全信息服务平台;4.建立和完善农产品市场准入制度;5.实施优质安全农产品品牌战略;6.建立农产品质量安全声誉机制。The quality and safety of agricultural products is often not tangible and is more information feature.There exist asymmetric information phenomena running through the many links in quality and safety problem of agricultural products.Measures to correct asymmetry information of quality and safety of agricultural products are as follow： 1.To carry out the patterns of production and sale organization;2.To strengthen labeling and advertising management;3.To set up information service platform;4.To set up and perfect market access system;5.To carry out brand strategy;6.To set up reputation mechanism.
