摘　　要：中国人口老龄化问题非常严重和突出，但老年人的健康状况不尽如人意：慢性病患病率高，现残率高，并导致卫生费用的过度增长。建议采取以下三项公共卫生政策：１．完善医疗保障制度，发展老年医疗保险事业；２．发展社区卫生服务，降低医疗费用；３．积极开展三级预防工作，改善老年人健康状况。Populations aging in china is a very serious problem and the health status is not satisfied in high morbidity of chronic disease, high disability rate and the medical expenditure grows too fast. The author suggests that:1.improving medical security system and developing medical insurance for the aged.2.Developing community health service and reducing medical expenditure.3.Developing three tie preventive work and improving health status of the aged.
