摘　　要：随着科学技术的飞速发展和知识经济时代的到来，我国对卫生管理专业人才提出了更高的要求。本文根据现代教育观念，提出了构建新世纪卫生管理人才的培养模式，讨论了现代教育技术对卫生管理教学的影响，并且结合我院信息技术优势，探讨了提高卫生管理专业人才素质的一些可行方法。With the developing of technology and the coming of Knowledge Economy Era, higher requirements bring forward to health management personnel. Based on modern education concept, the author proposes a constructing training model of health managerial personnel in new century, discusses the modern education technique on health managerial, and explores the feasibility way of increasing health managerial professional personnels diathesis.
