行星球磨制备大片径银粉的研究

摘　　要：采用行星球磨制备大片径银粉,通过单因素实验考察液体介质、球磨时间及助磨剂种类对所制银粉片径、松装密度的影响,初步确定球磨参数。再通过正交实验,选出较优的球磨工艺参数。用扫描电镜,粒度分析仪,松装密度仪分别对所制银粉形貌、片径和松装密度进行了表征。Big flake diameter silver powders were prepared by planetary ball milling, Single factor testing inspected the influences of liquid medium, ball milling time and grinding aids kinds to silver＇s flake diameter and determined the prilimilary ball milling parameters. Then relative optimum ball milling parameters were determined by orthogonal testing. The morphology, flake diameter and scott density of silver powder were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, paticle size analyzer and bulk densivt analyzer respectively.
