摘　　要：探讨了Wincool/绢丝/有机棉混纺针织纱的工艺流程、主要工艺参数及生产中的关键技术措施。针对Wincool、绢丝和有机棉性能差异大的特点,各工序采用合理的工艺配置及选用适宜的专件器材,通过各纺纱工序的工艺优化及技术措施的实施,很好地解决了生产中绕皮辊、绕罗拉及出硬头等问题,保证了11.7 tex 10/15/75 Wincool/绢丝/有机棉混纺纱的顺利生产。The process flow, main parameters and key technical measures in producing Wincool/spun silk/organic cotton blended yarn were introduced. Due to significant property difference among Wineool, spun silk and organic cotton, rational process configuration and special components should be adopted in each process. Through implementation of optimized processing and related technical measures in each process, the problem referred to wrong roller and a hardhead appearance in production can be solved. Finally Wineool/spun silk/organic cotton 10/15/75 11.7rex blended knitting yarn could be produced successfully.
