摘  要:与交流电场不同,在直流电场下,除介质中的空间电荷效应增强之外,电场强度在串联介质中的分配主要由体积电阻率的比值决定。电力电容器常用的液体介质、固体介质由于其相对电容率和体积电阻率存在明显的区别,这给它们复合后在直流电场和交流50 Hz电场的使用上不可避免地带来影响。通过对电容器用液体介质、固体介质以及由他们组成的复合介质在直流击穿电压和交流击穿电压的试验研究,获得对同种材料在不同电场下的特性差异初步的认识,从而为直流电容器产品开发提供基础的参考数据。The field strength distribution of series dielectric in DC electric field is,unlike in AC electric field,mainly decided by their volume resistivity ratio in addition to the enhancement effect of space-charge.The liquid and solid dielectric normally for power capacitor,due to obvious difference in its relative permittivity and volume resistivity,make unavoidably influence on the application in DC electric field and AC 50 Hz electric field after their recombination.Through the test and study of liquid,solid and recombination dielectrics under DC and AC breakdown voltage,preliminary knowledge about the feature difference of same kind of material in different electric field is obtained so to provide fundamental reference data for the development of DC power capacitor.
