摘 要:针对目前在离散制造过程中缺少有效的管控指标监控、生产管理决策软件与现场制造执行系统无法有效集成的现状,为自动、实时、准确地获取离散制造过程中发生的各种信息,提出了基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的离散制造过程其量指标监控研究。无线射频识别技术是构建物联网的核心技术之一,通过电子标签可以跟踪生产物流的信息,从而改变传统的物流与信息流不同步、不同时而造成计划与执行的不一致。从离散制造车间在制品信息实时管理的一般模型出发,以工序在制品流向—流量为基础,采用基于RFID技术的现代数据获取系统、无线传感网络等数据传输与处理系统,将制造过程中与制造系统运行状态的时间信息、工艺路线节点信息、产品生产管理信息等各种计划与现场信息,输入到过程与状态其量指标监控模型,给出计算公式并计算制造过程与系统运行状况的管理参量。为了验证提出的模型及其算法的有效性,通过面向某离散制造车间生产的应用系统开发,应用实例表明基于RFID技术的离散制造过程其量指标监控研究可提高管理决策的有据可依和有的放矢。Lack of effective management and control index monitoring,production management decision software,and integrated spot manufacturing executive system is a major problem in the discrete manufacturing process.The indicator monitoring of discrete manufacturing process based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology was studied to catch manufacturing process information automatically,timely,and accurately.Radio frequency identification technology is a kind of core techniques constructing the internet of things.By electronic label the information of manufacturing process can be tracked.Thereby the traditional phenomenon of disaccord between planning and execution is changed.The synchronization between the flow of work in process(WIP) and the flow of information can be realized.The real-time work in process management(RT-WIPM) general model about information in discrete manufacturing workshop was put forward on basis of the quantity and direction of working procedure WIP.By modern data collecting system based on RFID technology,data transmission and disposing system based on wireless sensor network,all kinds of information of production plan and spot about manufacturing process and manufacturing system operation status can be input into indicator monitoring model of process and status including time information,node information of technique process,production management information.The computing expressions are given and management parameter is calculated about manufacturing process and system operation on the basis of status identification and tracking to WIP.Finally,for checking the validity of the model and its algorithm mentioned the application system was developed by certain discrete workshop production-oriented.The application example shows that the research of the indicator monitoring of discrete manufacturing process based on RFID technology can improve foundation depended and index aimed of management and decision-making.
