摘 要:通过不同材料的套袋处理,在果实发育早期为果皮创造无光环境,比较研究其对红皮梨7个不同品种果实品质及着色的影响,同时研究了不同类型果袋、不同时期脱袋对红巴梨果实品质及着色的影响。结果表明:套袋使多数品种果实质量和可溶性固形物含量有所下降;红皮梨7个品种中适宜套袋的品种是满天红、红星;满天红适宜套红袋,红星适宜套膜袋;红巴梨为不适宜套袋的红皮梨品种,需在采收前15 d,行间铺设反光膜,并结合转果、摘叶等技术措施,提高着色程度。In the experiment different bagging material was used to create an environment without light at fruit early growing stage to study the effect to fruit quality and coloring for 7 red peeled pears.At the mean time,effect to Red bartlett pear cultivars of various bag types and bag off-taking time to quality and coloring were studied.The results showed that bagging treatment brought drop of fruit quality and soluble solid content for most cultivars;among the seven red peeled pear cultivars,cultivars of Man-tian-hong and Hong-xing were suitable for bagging;Man-tian-hong was suitable for red bag and Hong-xing plastic film bag;as for the cultivars not suitable for bagging,it was recommended to lay light reflecting film between tree rows 15 days before harvesting.Besides,measures of fruit around-turning and leaves removing were combined to improve fruit coloring.
