摘 要:选取27种不同品种的梨果,分早、中、晚熟品种,分别对其果形指数、单果质量、酸度、硬度进行测定比较。结果表明:平均果形指数,早熟品种为0.89~1.31,中熟品种为0.88~1.20,晚熟品种为0.84~1.26;平均单果质量,早熟品种为198.22~524.23 g,中熟品种为165.35~314.25 g,晚熟品种为171.61~459.12 g;平均硬度,早熟品种为5.9~14.7 kg/cm2,中熟品种为3.6~9.7 kg/cm2,晚熟品种为4.6~9.1 kg/cm2;平均酸度,早熟品种为0.14%~0.22%,中熟品种为0.11%~0.27%,晚熟品种为0.07%~0.13%。测得的数据与理论数值基本相符。27 pear varieties,including early,middle and late maturing ones,were chosen to conduct comparison of their fruit shape index,single fruit weight,acidity and hardness.Experimental results showed that the early maturing varieties had 0.89~1.31 average shape index,the middle maturing varieties 0.88~1.20 average shape index,and late maturing varieties 0.84~1.26 shape index;as for single fruit weight,the mean early maturity varieties 198.22~524.23 g,the middle ones 165.35~314.25 g,and the late ones 171.61~459.12 g.As for the mean hardness,the early ones 5.9~14.7 kg/cm2,the middle ones 3.6~9.7 kg/cm2,and the late ones 4.6~9.1 kg/cm2;as for the mean acidity,the early ones 0.14%~0.22%,the middle ones 0.11%~0.27%,and the late ones 0.07%~0.13%.In the main,all the test results agreed with theoretical values.
