后工业化时期城市老工业区更新与再发展研究

摘　　要：从国际工业化进程总结了后工业化社会城市老工业区转型与更新的主要趋向,重点分析了现阶段我国城市老工业区更新工作开展的基本情况与存在问题。在对国内外相关的研究现状进行分析与归纳的基础上,指出我国目前已有的研究成果尚不足以满足正在成为我国城市更新热点的城市老工业区更新再发展的社会需求,急需通过理论、方法和技术的研究带动实践的进一步提高。最后从基础理论、类型模式、综合评价体系以及规划编制方法等方面,围绕今后如何开展城市老工业区转型与更新再发展研究工作提出初步建议。Starting from reviewing the international industrialization process,this paper summarizes some main trends of old industrial area transformation and renewal in post-industrial society,and analyzes the situations and existent problems of China＇s old industrial areas.Based on the international and domestic literature,it points out that those researches could hardly meet the new requirements of the renewal of old industrial areas,which becomes one of the hot issues in urban renewal.It is necessary to promote the practices of old industrial area renewal through innovation of theories,methods and technologies.Finally,it makes suggestions on how to improve old industrial areas renewal in the aspects of basic theories,development mode,evaluation system and planning formulation and so on.
