摘 要:针对作战效能评估中存在的大量不确定性问题,分析了在处理不确定信息方面现有综合评估方法的不足和直觉模糊集理论的优势,提出了基于直觉模糊多属性决策的作战效能综合评估方法。针对这种方法本身存在的缺陷,提出了设置基准方案的方法加以克服,改善了其适用性。以中远程舰空导弹武器装备为例进行综合评估分析,并采用幂指数法和加权求和法对提出的综合评估方法进行实证检验。结果表明,该方法是可行、有效的,并且在多方案区分和选择能力方面优于传统方法。Aimming at the problem of a mass of uncertainty in operational effectiveness evaluation,the disadvantage of existing methods and the advantage of intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IFS) on dealing with it are analyzed,and the method of comprehensive evaluation based on IFS multi-attributes decision making(IFSMADM) is put forward.To resolve the limitation of this method,resorting to the means of setting datum scheme improves its applicability.The medium-long range ship-to-air missile weapon is take example for analyzing comprehensive evaluation.Finally,power index method and weighted summation method are employed to verify this method.The result indicates that the method is feasible and effective,and its ability of differentiating and optimization for multi-scheme is better than that of the two traditional ways.
