摘　　要：经济型墙体保温材料生产线的开发是"十一五"国家科技支撑计划重点项目《新型乡村经济建筑材料研究与开发》中的重要工作。针对现有的墙体保温材料生产线中各个环节分布相对分散,导致整条生产线占地面积大、不适合流动性生产和新农村建设的现状,设计出一种新型的车载型集装箱式墙体保温材料生产线。该生产线将各个生产环节集中于一个集装箱内,使墙体保温材料的生产能够在比较小的空间内实现,集装箱可放置于公路拖车上,运送到生产需要的各个地方,不仅降低了生产成本,而且快速、方便,尤其适用于乡村地区流动性生产。重点介绍了该生产线的生产流程、设备的结构布置及关键设备选型等内容。This paper designs a new vehicle type wall-insulation material production line,considering the aspects of the existent production line scattering,a larger equipment area and it is unsuitable for mobile production.The new line puts all the aspects together on a highway trailer,so that the production of wall-insulation material can be completed within a relative small space.This not only reduces production cost,but also is convenient,for mobile production in the countryside.The article lays special stress on introducing the main processes of the new production line,detailed structure of the scheme and selection of the key equipments in the whole line and so on.
