摘　　要："信息孤岛"是阻碍我国公务员信息库健康发展的最大障碍之一,也是我国公务员信息整合利用所要重点解决的难题之一。本文在界定公务员信息整合与共享涵义及关系的基础上,探讨了信息孤岛形成的原因、制约信息资源有效利用的因素,并据此提出了具体的解决措施。＂Information Island＂ is one of the biggest obstacles in hindering the development of information database of civil servants,it is also one of the key problems to solve the integration of civil servants＇ information.On the basis of definition of civil servants＇ integration and sharing,this article discuses the formation of Information Island,constraints of uneffective use of information resources,put forward the specific solutions.
