摘 要:继电器动作特性参数是其非常重要的一项基本参数,目前对继电器动作特性参数进行检测的装置及检测方法有多种。为搭建继VB、VC等大多文本编程语言开发平台后的又一种继电器可靠性图形化开发平台,本文基于虚拟仪器技术,以图形化编程软件LabVIEW为软件开发平台,开发了继电器动作特性测试程序,并应用此系统对继电器操作故障模拟装置进行了多次可靠性检测试验,试验结果表明该系统能可靠应用于继电器特性参数的检测,且具有开发周期短、界面友好、操作简单的优点。Dynamic characteristic parameter of relay is one of very important basic parameters.Currently there are varions test devices and methods to test the dynamic characteristic of relay.In this paper,to build another reliable graphical development platform for relays besides most of text programming language, such as VB, VC etc, the measurement system of dynamic characteristic of relay with LabVIEW graphical programming environment was developed based on virtual instrument technology.The reliability testing experiment was done many times with the help of operation fault simulator of relay. The results show that this system can be applied reliably to test dynamic characteristic of relay, and the system has advantages such as short development cycle, friendly interface and simple operation.
