选煤循环水中的有机物对浮选的影响

摘　　要：通过浮选尾矿水人工闭路循环试验和在水中人为预加起泡剂浮选试验，考察了水中积聚的有机物对浮选的影响。结果表明，循环水中积聚的有机物主要是醇、酮、羧酸盐等含氧化合物；有机物积聚可提高精煤回收率。By means of two kinds of flotation test in laboratory,the influence of organic substance accumulated in recycled water on coal flotation are studied.One test is circulating test which tailing water is filtered and reused,another test is adding a little frother in water before adding coal sample.The results show that,the organic substances that accumulated in recycled water are mainly oxycompound,such as alcohols,ktone,carboxylic acid,etc.The organic substances accumulated in water can raise the yield of cleaned coal,change the selectivity of flotation.
